Gratitude Week
Day 1
Every morning, when I wake up, I think of all the beauty there is in the world and in my life!
I raise my gratitude and energy level this way.
Today I am grateful for health and the sun shining.
What are you grateful for today?
Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance. – Eckhart Tolle

Day 2 Here is a quote I like very much:
“This a wonderful day. I’ve never seen this one before.” – Maya Angelou
Everyday is a new one, let’s be a kid and discover it with new eyes. Today I am amazed at the beautiful nature surrounding me. What are you amazed about? Day 3 I just love teaching singing to young beings. It is an awakening, a treasure hunt, and a joy. Yesterday, I was with my group of 6 & more years old, and singing “Happy” made us all so happy, we played games and they went back home with a smile. I am very grateful for that weekly experience! And from Winnie the Pooh:
“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.” A.A. Milne
What makes your heart light? Day 4 Gratitude Yesterday I was teaching the group of teenagers, they made immense progress from last August, when I first met them, listening to their voices in 3 harmonies was moving.
“Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity…it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.” – Melody Beattie
How can you add value in another’s life today? Day 5 Grateful for the earth
“Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet.” ― Thich Nhat Hanh, Peace Is Every Step: The Path of Mindfulness in Everyday Life
